Hope you find your perfect place. Check out Meritage Homes reviews; maybe those guys will help you find something decent. It took us almost three years to find a spot where we finally decided to build our home. The journey was long and sometimes frustrating, but in the end, it was worth the wait. Finding the right location and builder can make all the difference, so take your time and explore all your options.

If you want to come south I can build you anything you want on a 4 acre track we have available in Santa Fe.
My wife can handle the construction loan through regions bank - one time close

I appreciate the offer but there’s zero chance I’d be able to make that move😂. I just got set into my office in Conroe off 7th street.

I lived in magnolia for a while.
Most of my clients were still down here. The commute is awful

There’s a house listed in your neighborhood for 1.5 million that may be the biggest money grab I’ve ever seen.
Just getting back to this. There’s two exits across the tracks and every so often Union Pacific decides to clog it up. I’m gone thru there in the mornings before 6 and no traffic at all. Afternoons aren’t bad but you’ll need to learn to navigate the hi flow times. We’re very pleased with the area.
Had a neighborhood lake and the community is nice.

I’ve waited as long as I could to get a peak at that compound.

I think you’ll be happy in there. Several folks I work with live in there and there are zero complaints.
