It's all in pricing but once you go above the kwh for that teir it escalates to the next teir. There are alot of games played with these teirs. Free nights and weekends and free nights are the two worse scam deals.

Got my first full month bill from APG&E this morning. Now granted the weather hasn't been all that bad, but I haven't had an electric bill anywhere close to being what this one is in several years.
