We eat a fair amount of Redfish. Never thought bleeding would reduce that grey meat, that stuff is nasty.

Been doing this for a long time, learned it from Joey Farrah. It’s definitely a game changer, especially for grilling fish on the half shell.

When you fry redfish that gray meat can get stout and it is the same with big white bass, stripers and hybrid stripers.

My dad calls white bass and stripers, "big shad". 😂

That’s what I’ve always done. Never had a bad one.

Never been a big fan of eating reds, but they’re edible.

Certainly worth a try but it’s hard to believe that Red Fish on the 1/2 can taste any better

I don't saltwater fish much at all. I bleed all my freshwater fish except crappie.

Fish is suppose to taste like fish, that’s why it’s called fish

I don't bleed them out, I just remove that blood line from the fellets.
