We forgot kitchen knives a few years back, so we stopped at HEB and picked up a multi pack of cheap kitchen knives that each one is a different color(red, green, purple, and I think yellow or blue). They were so good that we brought them home, and late last year we bought another pack of them. They keep an edge surprisingly good.
