Just finished a great 40-minute chest session at the gym. It feels rewarding to get a solid workout in, but I've noticed that no matter how much I exercise, the weight seems to come back quickly. It’s been a bit disheartening to see my efforts not translating into long-term results. I’m considering to buy wegovy online to see if it can make a difference. Wegovy is known for its effectiveness in supporting weight loss, and I’m curious about its potential impact on my weight management

Not sure why but this morning was extra tough and I feel flat wore out now.
5 rounds
5 minute jog/run
5 minute weighted (loaded pack) step ups
Then...
round 1 - max pushup; max horizontal pullup
round 2 - 50% max pushup & pullup
3 - 50% max pushup & pullup
4 - 25% max pushup & pullup
5 - 25% max pushup & pullup

Garmin prescribed rest yesterday. I did a 2 mile ruck with 35# and then went south to help a buddy with some ranch work.
I had to drive to Burleson today, but I did a 30+ min run on the treadmill at the hotel this evening, followed by a short swim in the pool. It’s been awhile since I’ve run on a treadmill.

Overall I'd say it provides constant resistance but isn't super heavy. The idea is that is supposed to mimic having to walk up a steep incline (mountain). It causes you to lean forward and take small steps. For me, I feel it moreso in my hips than my lower legs.
Today's workout was a 45 minute jog. I am more and more convinced that I dispise running. I'm just not good at it and have always struggled to increase my pace. 45 minutes equaled 3.7 miles for me. Walked for 1 minute.Last edited by Chad_E; 08-19-2024, 06:45 AM.
