      I go to the store as often as i can. But I have had absolutely no problems with ATT cs. Its been great for the 12 yrs i have been with them. I have called with several problems before and never had an extended wait on hold. And anytime they have told me they were going to contact me, they have called back when they said.

        I call them out to my work place every single year, to fix an on going "dedicated phone line" issues. I wish i have enough napkins to wipe tears off my eyes, about their customer service. Heck I even almost had a nightmare, they scare customers away.

          they are the worst in cust. service,give up they dont care.....trust me i been on hold for a month dealing with them...i will never buy another ATT product.

                We had Sprint. Their coverage and CS was the worst I have ever seen. Went to Verizon were my wife works and they never covered the areas I hunt. CS wasn't used much but was lacking somewhat.
                Went tha ATT this last time (3 years now) and coverage is the best I have ever had and the few times I have had to use it I had no real complaints. I have IPhones, aircard and uverse.

                  Thanks, I JUST got my phones ordered at 50% off with free shipping. I can then request the 22% plan discount through Premier in a few days. I spent an hour and 20 minutes on the phone with them. When I finally got her to go to the web page on AT&T that shows phones for 50% off, she suddenly started trying to hang up saying I had to order the phones on line and he couldn't continue to help me unless she placed the order. She also claimed she would be happy to call me back in 30 minutes to see if I am having any problems, but she hasn't called back either.
                  I REALLY hope I don't regret this decision! I have 30 days to decide.....

                    I just ordered the AT&T 4G LTE Samsung Galaxy SII Skyrocket for $125.00 and the HTC Vivid for $100. Both of these phones were just released 2 days ago on November 6th.

                            That is what I have read in all my research. The S2 has dual 1.2 Gig processors and set new records in benchmark testing. However, the S2 Skyrocket had dual 1.5 Gig processors.
