I guess I've been lucky. I've used AT&T for my home, business, and cell phones for probably 20 years and I have just never had a problem. I discovered a few days ago that I had been "slammed" by a company that had put charges on my bill. AT&T backed up the 4 months the charges had been on there and refunded every penny with no questions asked.

I've been an AT&T customer since about 1988. Don't know if that has something to do with it or not but I've always had pretty good luck with them.

THe CS on the sales side is by far their best CS. Wait till you need it as an "existing customer". I'll stay with sprint for now.

Sometimes phones cost more for Premier Customers. I had that issue a few years back. They told me because my monthly rate was discounted, they couldn't offer as much of a discount on the devices.

I've always had a good experience with them. I haven't needed them very much either though.

I have posted messages on their website, around 10 times over the past few years asking for a representative to call me. I am still waiting, and if and when they finally do, they will hear a thank you and then a dial tone.

Take it from a AT&T store rep...go to the store. Even as a rep I have to deal with customer care on a daily basis. I'm sorry but i don't care which company your with, all over the phone customer service sucks. Most over the phone reps don't have the people skills to deal with human beings. mostly because customer service in the wireless industry is about 90% outsourced to other countries.

If anyone is in or around San Antonio, come see me. Or if you have any questions regarding at&t, shoot me a PM. if i don't know the answer, I'll find it.

Keith, I would strongly suggest not going with sprint. I am form s.s. also. And had sprint for ten years. The signal is shady at best unless your right in town, and their customer service is not ant better. I switched to ATT and while they are not perfect, they are better than sprint. I miss the sprint of about 6-7 years ago. They were much better back then. Jmo.

Guess I have been lucky also, been a AT&T customers for almost 10 years (internet, TV and cells), never had any issues eith their customer service. Every time I have had to deal with them, they have went out of their way to solve the issue and ensure that I was completely satisified. I had Sprint before AT&T, never had anything but problems with Sprint. They couldn't get a billing correct if it was colored in crayon!

I stopped using and recommending AT&T years ago for my clients.

BTW: When it comes to phone companies, it's not a matter of which one is the best, it's which one sucks the least.

This X2. If you are a premier customer there are some things you won't get.

Same here, haven't had any problems, in fact when it comes to the U-verse they have bent over backwards.
