Awesome buddy! I still juice a few times a week and started P90X about 60 days ago. I have lost more weight and now I am trying to firm up and get in shape. This definitely started a change in my life, especially with my nutrition habits. Good luck with your journey.

Just found this thread!!!!!!!!!!
I saw the movie about 2 weeks ago and it started the wheels turning. This is a great thread with great info. I have not seen Bone post up in a while or Ron. Lets keep this going. I will be buying a juicer this week and start replacing meals.
Congrats to all.

I am overdue for a reboot. Lots of travel recently makes it tough. I need to carve out 10 days and make it happen. I may start next Monday. Need to get my shopping list ready and hit the farmers market this weekend. I have to get in shape for Tough Mudder in October and its not getting any better as far as time goes.

Just got home from another week on the road for work and have had enough, time to get it under control. Stopped by the farmers market to get my 10 day reboot started. Tonight it is apples, peaches, spinach, zucchini, lemon, a handful of concord grapes and some coconut water to top it off. That was enough for supper, breakfast, lunch and a couple cups full for the kiddos.
Gotta get back on track and it starts right now. Hopefully the headache phase will come and go as fast as it did last time... looks like Mondayish.
Fishing tomorrow... hopefully my mind will be busy reeling in some specs and will forget about hunger.

If you are getting the right amount of protein for your body weight I seriously doubt you will have any issues. You might search some of the juice boards... sounds like the perfect diet if you ask me... just the right amount of protein (I would shoot for a little more than I think I need) and the nutrients in juices should be beneficial.
Anyone know from experience?

Day 4 comes to a close and it is hard to explain the amount of energy that I have... even when it's time to hit the sack. No change in routine, the alarm still goes off at 4am for a trip to the gym.
This time (my 2nd) seemed to go a little easier through what I call the "kick the monkey off your back" phase where my body adjusts from all the crap that I was eating back to the good stuff. It may be because I wasn't worried about the unknown and just lived life... a little headachey yesterday but it passed pretty quick - I don't chug the drinks, I sip on them throughout the day and have zero hunger... which seems to work pretty well for me.
Will go back to the grocery store for some more stuff on Thursday.
