I finished the 10 day earlier in the month and am thinking about doing another one.
I am down to the last 15lbs to lose and have hit a plateau .... working 7-12s is making it tough because it seems like there isn't time for anything except for work.
It's pretty cool, just stick with it for 5 days and let us know how you feel. Depending on how bad your diet is you may be very surprised. You will notice a difference no matter what.

You may want to try a book "juicing for life" it is a great book full of recipes for any and everything you want to work on. We've been juicing for 30 yrs and yes there are more benefits than you can ever imagine if you keep up a good maintenance schedule. The book gives detailed juice recipes for all kinds of sicknesses, ailments and maintenance.

Watched the show last night and went and bought a juicer today.Been wanting one for a while, this show gave me that extra push. Saw this thread all the time on TBH but never once opened it....now I understand why it has lasted so long. I don't see myself replacing all 3 meals with juice.. just maybe one a day. But I also don't eat fast food, I run about 2 miles a day and workout...so I am not completly relient on the juice. Food Inc...was a good doumentary also watched it this morning. I am going to rent Fork over Knife tonight. (its only $2 to watch these documentaries instantly on you computer on Amazon.Com).

Bringing this to the top. How is everyone doing? I too was inspired after watching the shows "Food Matters" and "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead". I bought a juicer and made a commitment to lead a healthier life. Since February I have lost around 25 lbs and feel great. Hope some of you guys will check in with an update!
