Chigger Rid !!! works great. If you can't find any use clear fingernail polish. You have to make sure you put it on every bite or you will have more the next day.

clear finger nail polish is what ive always heard

Chiggerex - you are welcome - I think it costs about $4 for a little bottle of the cream but it is worth hundreds more.

By the time it itches the chiggers are long gone. Clear finger nail polish won't do anything. I have no idea about head and shoulders. Bleach in a tub works great if you have been in an area that may have had chiggers but again once you itch it is game over.
