Yes, but not in South Texas. Had a friend who was a "thrower". Was a high dollar deal. Lot's of big money people there shooting.

I always shoot them too... Their breasts are twice the size of dove but they dont taste as good.

A friend and I used to shoot them off the court house in Johnson city at night. The judge asked us to. He said any broken windows and we would pay for it. We totally killed them out. I was about 17 years old and it was in the late sixties. I don't think that would happen today.

If you can catch them you can probably sell them to someone training retrievers. We shot about 50 one Sat morning working the dogs.

Dad has been wearing them out on one of the jobs they are working, got my cousins pellet gun and started putting the hurt on them
