    Pigeons...legal to shoot or not?

      Those regular ole pigeons you see in the city are free game and fun. We wacked a few hundred in Lubbock Last yr after a Goose hunt.

      Make for some fun Photo Ops also I have the whole 6 pic scene leading to this shot

        dont pick those things up,I had a friend catch something,I forget what it was but it was from handling a pigeon.

          When i was a kid, we used to shoot them in the buildings of the old Lone Star cement plant in Dallas. We used our pellet guns. They paid us 10 cents a piece for them.

                              One of the finest decoying birds that there is to shoot--set up just like for ducks--on land of course--and start banging away. Use the dead ones for decoys.
