Also juice your veggies as much as you can this will help you get more of the good nutrients with out feeling stuffed and gassy from all the fiber. The majority of ailments we have can be corrected with proper diet and exercise. And if you do decide to change your lifestyle to stay healthy remember, the adjustment period will be hell. You will feel run down, may get a cold and have stomach issues but that is your body ridding itself of the bad stuff.

I am stating all this from my personal experiences. I am a Certified USA Triathlon coach and I also use these principles with the athletes I train. I am a Ironman distance triathlete and I follow everything I am telling you. Three years ago I was 215 lbs, I am 5'6" had low T, high blood pressure, prostrate issues and a pre diabetic (my mom died form being a type I diabetic at age 36). All this was changed with proper diet and exercise. Its not easy but the reward is awesome!

If you want PM me and I can give you a basic plan that I use with the triathletes I train.

In our society if we can not mask a symptom with a pill or remove it with surgery we can not fix it, but, we can change it with diet and exercise.
Agree 100%. The pharma industry would be in trouble if people just ate right and exercised.

I can see if she will drop any TBH discounts for fellas who want to get tested? Anyone interested?

Just FYI.. I'm 24, have worked out and ate right my whole life. Come from 3 generations of college athletes and played football for 10 years myself. Still had no effect on increasing my T levels. Sure, for some people it may make a marginal difference, but for people who actually have testosterone deficiency (diagnosed age 18), workout and exercise are only about 25% of the equation.

If any of you guys want some additional info on this, I've done a ton of research, I've taken multiple medications from it, and can give a good insight on what to expect on various treatments. Shoot me a PM and I'll be glad to divulge whatever info I have.

Well, I didn't read this whole thread, but if no ones mentioned it yet I'd take some ZMA. It's cheap and naturally boosts your testosterone levels. Also helps you get to sleep:

I tested low and got 1 injection to start off and just started using Testim a few days ago. I am putting it on my inner thighs, Doc said it would absorb in to the blood quicker because of the major artery. Other than my usual Sunday afternoon nap, I feel like I have more energy. Going to start exercising in a couple of weeks also.

I have been doing this for three years now when I started my T was 143 now it stays around 800-1000 and I feel much better with more stamina and energy. Ths might not be for everyone but it beats creams and injections.
