I can bet nutrition/diet has alot to do it with for yall...and lack of exericse. You won't have the levels you are supposed to without exercise. Being lazy/inactive and not eating the proper foods will cause your levels to drop and exercise/weight trainign will jack up your T.

Being overweight also does not help. Working out legs is a proven method to increase your T....it raises your IGF-1 and therefore produces more Growth Hormone.

Snipehunter: I agree completely with you. I have taken a few OTC things such as T-Bomb and such and they do work.

Like with any large group there will be some bad apples. But as you can clearly see in this thread this is a serious medical condition for lots of men.

I was diagnosed with low T a few weeks ago, I think it was around 200 or so. Wednesday I went in and had the Testopel pellets put in. The procedure was quick and virtually painless. No bleeding, etc. Will post back up after a while with results.

Diet and exercise does play a big role in T levels. As was stated earlier in the thread, diets high in processed foods are full things that will lower T levels. To help increase them, make sure your diet has the proper amount of monosaturated fat intake. These include adding items such as avocados, nuts(almonds are real good), egg yolks, and olive oil. Also, try to minimize grain products, which have been linked to raising estrogen levels.

I read something once from the National Academy of Science some years ago (I think it was from them) that said scientists have known that T-Levels in men were dropping and were probably going to continue to drop in future generations of men because of the effects of the environment (plastics, food system etc...)

What the hay, we're just men, we're only needed for wars and lifting heavy stuff LOL!!!

But Snipehunter is on the money and is correct, it's a very serious issue among american men

I have had low T for 3 years and have taken Andro-Gel and Injections for it...It is a quite serious problem in men over 35, and if yall have any questions feel free to PM me..It really has nothing to do with the Bedroom, only those that are not Educated on the Subject would think this.

I'm not going to speculate but I would guess its not muscle weight. Therefore high estrogen levels.

I started about 3 weeks ago... My insurance pays for testim and there was a coupon I found that pays the co pay for 12 months.
