Chad,
Did your Dr recommend the B vitamin supplement along with the T? Is it a cocktail mixture or 2 separate injections?

That's how he gives them in house. The B complex wasn't covered by my insurance, but I think the 30 ml vial was $54 and that will last me 30 weeks refrigerated.

Well I'm joining the club... Been real tired for the last couple of years... I've been downing energy shots, b12, coffee, etc just to stay moving. I live a very active life and have two little kids that always want to do something.. I however don't want to get out of bed in the morning. I went to the lease last month and just layed in the camper all day... Didn't even hunt. I knew something was wrong then.
Dr. Just called and said I'm low... Not sure on the number, just low. So they recommend shots. I'm actually looking forward to it. Shoot me up and get my *** moving. I'm 30 years old and in great shape... Just takes too much will power to motivate myself to move sometimes.
Y'all keep up the info.

The majority of ailments we have can be corrected with proper diet and exercise. And if you do decide to change your lifestyle to stay healthy remember, the adjustment period will be hell. You will feel run down, may get a cold and have stomach issues but that is your body ridding itself of the bad stuff.
I am stating all this from my personal experiences. I am a Certified USA Triathlon coach and I also use these principles with the athletes I train. I am a Ironman distance triathlete and I follow everything I am telling you. Three years ago I was 215 lbs, I am 5'6" had low T, high blood pressure, prostrate issues and a pre diabetic (my mom died form being a type I diabetic at age 36). All this was changed with proper diet and exercise. Its not easy but the reward is awesome!
If you want PM me and I can give you a basic plan that I use with the triathletes I train.
In our society if we can not mask a symptom with a pill or remove it with surgery we can not fix it, but, we can change it with diet and exercise.

It can also increase red blood cell count (increasing your chance of a heart attack or stroke) and can raise your cholesterol level, etc... If not monitored and done properly. Optimum range is in the middle, at or around 600ng. It’s not a one size fits all approach.

I have an appointment with my normal doc tomorrow morning. I'll get my labs back to see where my T is. I'm pretty sure my doc is not on board with TRT but I guess we'll see. Is your doc pretty open minded when it comes to this. I'd like to be at the top of normal T not down at the bottom. I'm 36 but feel 90.
