I've lost love handles on my side. My muscle feels harder now. Toning up a bit. My belly has now come down. 20 pounds have melted away. I'm feeling good. I stopped eating seconds, though. My sleeping has been disrupted by my allergic so my energy has gone down a bit but overall, I'm feeling great.

Every individual will have slightly different reactions, but for the most part from talking to the many people in this situation it all comes back to energy.

Has anyone tried the cream/gel over the other methods? How effective was it?
I ain't skeered of shots but from what I've read it's like being on a roller coaster between shots. Feel great right after the shot but then after 7-10 days back down again until the next one.
I haven't researched much on the pellets but I understand its pretty expensive.

I haven't had the pellets but I'm a firm believer in the shots. The reason people roller coaster on them is b/c their doctors aren't recommending the right dosage/frequency. For example, if you're taking 1cc every 7 days, and by day 5-6 you're hitting the low, then you need to increase the frequency of the shot and slightly decrease the dosage. I take .75cc every 5 days and haven't had the slumps since I started doing that 2 years ago.
Also not a fan of the creams or gels. They worked for about a year for me then all of a sudden just stopped. Everybody is different, but my personal experience with them was more of annoyance than anything. Having to rub 2 tubes of gel on every day was a hassle. Sticky, annoying, inconvenient.
