Can you post the names/numbers of who exactly you are saying to call to get it expedited a little faster?

I think it tool something like 9 months to get mine returned but then again that was way back in 95 - 96 right after they passed the low. I think I was in the first or second batch of licenses as my first license was only valid for 2 years.
