      well I descided that I couldnt wait to start so I did my initial test when I got home for lunch... 20 my arms are still hurting..

        Week 4 and day 1 complete; finished with 38 on the last set. 5.25 mile run this morning. 2 mile run plus 3 miles of interval sprint work and .25 cool down walk.

        Who else?

            Just completed Week 3 Day 1 in pushups and working on Wk 3 Day 1 in situps now.

              Biked 26.2 miles Sat., swam 3/4 mile Sunday, and tested again for pushups and got 46.

                Week 4 day 2 completed. last 10 got to me today after I changed by workout before hand.

                  I started last week. My initial test was 25 so I started with week two. I complete the
                  1st four sets each night without any problem but can not complete the final set without stopping once or twice. Should I go back to the second week workout and not move on until I can complete all five reps?
