I started this last year just for grins... I can already do 100 pushups so I do the card work out instead.....
But as mentioned above, It is good to do something else to counter the push...ie Pull....
Glad to see someone else is working their legs out.... Got to love the Bi's/Tri's guys at the gyms.... You know who Im talking about.....
