    Anyone want to start the 100 pushup program again?

    I started Sunday in week 3 and 3rd column over. There was a group of us that did this last year and I thought I would start another one up. I put the App on my Iphone and it is pretty convenient with a daily log and timer; for rest periods; while you are doing the pushups.

    What is this? I already do about 250-300 push-ups a night.

              The 100 pushups training program. Strengthen and sculpt your arms, abs, chest and glutes by training to do 100 consecutive push-ups in six weeks.


              I'm in. I was doing a different workout last year, so I didn't get this one finished.

                        I had great results to my upper chest and shoulders the last time. I am doing it at the end of my circuit and core workout Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday this time.

                          Last year when we did this I followed the schedule pretty closely but had to repeat some weeks. I never got to 100 but the good thing is it got me started doing pushups. I still incorporate them into my workout 3 times a week.

                            I started it three weeks ago Monday on week 3 and am into week 6 now. I hope I can stick with it and make the 100. We'll see. I tested when I started and did 28. Sunday before last, I retested and got 39. I'm hoping to hit between 45-50 this Sunday. Week 7 looks a lot tougher with the added sets though....... Good luck everyone trying this too!
