AT&T has awesome service... been with them for a few years and anytime I have a question I just call them up and ask... always VERY nice about everything

I've had bad service twice at the Round Rock store if that's were you went.its worth my time to drive to the arboretum store, never had a problem there.

I don't know how I would even file a formal complaint. I spoke with the store manager, I wouldnt know how to get ahold of anyone else. The Sprint website doesnt give any information.

Give the Better Business Bureau a shot! They love stuff like this.
