    I don't know how I would even file a formal complaint. I spoke with the store manager, I wouldnt know how to get ahold of anyone else. The Sprint website doesnt give any information.

          That manager's got a boss, somewhere ... you just gotta find them.
          You might have to be sneaky. Call and tell them what great service you had and that you'd like to talk to their boss personally, to express your appreciation!
