college degree and job question/survey

Work at a chemical inspection company as a shift superviser... Went to the University of Houston 10hrs from my BS ME ... I like what I'm doing though and don't plan on changing.....

AAS in Applied Avionics.
AAS in Welding. (suck as a welder)

AAS Industrial Engineering Technology, never know why it was Industrial, it was and always was mechanical, with a focus on computer aided drafting and design work. 12 years later still using Pro-E. Can't see myself doing this in 30 years.
