How often do you shoot?

4 to 5 times a week, around an hour, 5 shot sets, couple of breaks. 75/100 shots??? dunno Math was never my strong subject...

I read an excellent article in Bowhunting Magazine that talked about one shot groups and the importance of making the first shot count...so, a month or so before a hunt, I put a 3D Deer at 30 and 40. Before work, I shoot 2-4 arrows. After work same thing. Before bed, I slip outside and shoot twice. I do this daily and it really helps both my shooting and confidence. If I find that I have form issues, they usually work themselves out in a couple of days. For my upcoming bear trip, I did 20 and 30 for 2 weeks.
