I may sling 20 arrows a week in the off season just to keep in check. As the season approaches I'll bump that number up. Right now, I may shoot once per week. Come Sept, I may be out there 4-5 per week. My sessions are short. 20-30 shots and call it a day.

I shoot very little this time of year - unless I have a pig trip scheduled then I'll shoot every day the week prior. Right now my free time is used up working on household projects and the honey-do's I neglected during hunting season. I'll ramp back up in August to be ready for October 1. The time issue is the biggest reason I've never gone trad - not sure I can make the time commitment needed to become proficient.

I try to shoot every day but in reality end up only getting 4-5 days a week. Usually shoot 4 sets of 6.

When I got into archery and didn't know much about this thing called work, I probably shot 200 arrows a day. Now, in the off season, I probably shoot 40 a week. Before and during hunting season, I try to shoot at least 10 a day.

Every ones comfort level if different, you need to try different routines to see what works best for you. I only shoot every other week this time of year about 20 arrows. In August I bump it up to 4 to 6 times a week about 30-50 arrows per day and usually stick with that until January. Two years ago my wife shot a good buck in the shoulder, she spent the rest of season with out a lot of confidence which we all know is the key. But she didn’t practice as much that year because in the past I tried to make her shoot as much as I did and she got fatigued. This past season she shot almost every day from August all the way thru January, she just shot the number of arrows she felt comfortable with per day and not a set amount. And had her best season ever.

Not enough, as many have said. I need to get out and shoot at least once a week, but with kids and family stuff it is pretty hard. My daughter loves to shoot her Neotribe bow, but her little brother is on the playscape she loses the interest reall quick. Once I get my wifes bow setup it should be easier to shoot since we can do it together.

At this time, I figure I average 3 or 4 days a week shooting my recurve. I sling three arrows at a set and shoot between 1 and 25 sets at 20 yards, depending on time. I shoot at a tinny little spot most of the time, but slide the ole 3D in there once a week or so.
I will be shooting my wheel bow once or twice a week at the range, again three arrows at a set and I will shoot between 20 to 40 sets. I will shoot from 10 to 60 yards at spots and maybe one round of 3D's.
I am shooting this much getting ready for my trip to Africa in August.
Usually this time of year I would shoot one 3D turny every week or two with my wheel bow and a couple days a week at the range.
When it gets close to the deer season I will start shooting from tree stands and with broadheads, and slow way down on the reps.
