2nd the Weber Genesis gas grill with the side burner.. never have to go in the house to cook all spring and summer.. can be outside multi-tasking and cooking.. now if i could just convince steve that man can live on meat alone, i'd be set.. i cook and tend to only fix meat and he looks at me like "where's the veggies".. and i just keep chowing on my venison, elk or axis and go on..
Love my 14" cast iron skillet. Had it about 5 years or so and cooked A BUNCH of grub in it.
Need to pick up a 12 incher for the kitchen.
Dale - this is my 10" "everyday skillet" I picked up at Academy a couple of years ago - it was $11
I like the non-smooth skillet surface - it's more non-stick than the smooth surface
The "grip" is an old washrag I folded up and sewed - just throw it in the wash when it gets dirty - and you never burn your hand - or have to look for a pot holder somewhere - it lives on the skillet
