My HUGE Dutch oven. Done venison lasagne for 20 people in it. Layered pork chops, beef and pork roasts, cobblers, venison sausage sloppy joes and way more than I can think of. Have even cooked a piglet in it.

I am in the Indian Guides with my sons and we just calculated that over the 8 yrs that we have been in the program, we have gone on 56 campouts! I am the camp chef and cook for about 20 kids and Dads, so this dutch oven has seen some action!

I cook most everything over B&B charcoal. Amazing the flavor it gives to food.

There really isn't a substitute for a well seasoned cast iron skillet. I would like to try an egg, but the cost has kept me away so far.

Love my 14" cast iron skillet. Had it about 5 years or so and cooked A BUNCH of grub in it.

Need to pick up a 12 incher for the kitchen.

I love my Dutch oven. Dont cook with it near enough for sure, but i have rarely had anything come out of it that wasnt great. Burnt food even taste somewhat good.

Lump Charcole, no pellets. Smokes as it cooks. I love that stuff. You can usually get more than one cook out of a fire box full of lump too. 20 pound bag last quite a while.

Good old smoker and good old mesquite/live oak mixture. To those that say they do not "have the time" to tend to the fire the old fashioned way....step back and take a deep breath, slow down and enjoy the good things in life......have a beer....smoke some meats.
