                  Do not spray raw gas (liquid) in the den. Turn the sprayer to were you are only spraying fumes. The fumes settle down the den or hole. Don't forget any armadillo, skunk hole you find also. After you gas the den walk away for 30 or 45 minutes. Wear dark clothing when hunting snakes. Snakes will run from lighter clothing. I thought this was crazy when I first heard it but I have seen first hand that it is true. I have seen dens of all kind, but the best dens are always facing south. Don't just walk back on the den. Stop, stand and look for a while.....a snake will sometimes crawl 25, 30 feet out of the den. Wear leggings of some kind. Good luck and be careful.

                          Catching the bastages is the easy part. Dragging the heavy trash can of them around stinks. Get one of the tall ones with the big wheels.

                            In two weeks you wont need gas go on the south side most snakes will be on the out side of dens going back on cold night,if you start seening black snakes your close to a den rattlers den with black snake and copperheads so be carefull last year we went to den we hit ever year 3 rattlers killed 2 copperheads out of the same den.you need a cather you can go to the as seen on tv store i know there one in dallas off of HWY 75 it called the graber it 5 ft long as 3 tongs on the end pull the handle and it closes works great hopes this helps.
