Something I'd like to add to this. There are going to be a bunch of "You have got to be (add your favorite expletive here) kidding me!" moments. Don't be discouraged and don't keep at it when your shooting is just terrible. When it gets bad, and it will, put the bow down and go drink a glass of tea or something and get back to it again later or the next day. Those moments will be wonderfully over shadowed by the occasional perfect shot. Soon you'll have more good ones than bad ones and when you do have a bad shot (I missed my target and the 4'x6' backstop by two feet a few days ago) you'll know exactly what you did incorrectly.
Yeah I am doing really short shooting sessions right now. I go out and shoot two or three rounds and put the bow down for twenty or thirty minutes then go back and do it again. Trying to be patient.
