Speck did well. I've been hunting with him for years and he's making me think about going Trad again. I can say I learned a lot and need to get some fat stick arrows to punch out the close ones. Carbon express reds set up for hunting got it done today but looking forward to stepping more into it. Well done Speck1!

Had an awesome time today! For a first shoot I think we all did well. Lessons learned for each of us. The fat sticks definitely make a difference (a few extra 12s for sure!!!). We need to start making it a point to make more shoots!! I think next year we should all go trad!!

Here's an idea of what the course looked like. The rain pushed us under the pavilion. Apparently the organizers had envisioned an "arena" style shoot so the spectators could have a front row seat.
