Is the reason traditional arrow nocks slide so easy is so they string walk easier?

No! If your arrow slides to easily, it is because you have the wrong size serving on your string. The arrow does not move when string walking. The finger placement on the string moves. This makes it where the shooter can shoot point on at all distances.

I think the nocks on the black eagle arrows might be bigger. They won't just fall off bit will slide down until they bind.
