Interesting guest at our feeders lately

We are on a new lease 40 mins southwest of Sonora, it's pretty exciting to catch a few shots of this guy. I hope he sticks around... I'd sure love to get some video of him. I'd imagine they do a lot of roaming, but either way im tickled to get these.

Also had this deer show up and I'm thinking its a Sika or some kinda hybrid... I just have never seen a Sika with that kinda body size and the ones I've seen on exotic ranches are a lot smaller framed and almost black they're so dark. The fence behind him is 48" tall and he has several inches on it.

Thats Awesome!! Bears are protected and very rare in Texas, you are truely blessed.

I've already made sure everyone from our camp knows that they are protected, it sure would be cool if future generations could manage a sizable population

Awesome pic of the bear! They are so far and few in between getting a picture of one is like hitting the lotto, maybe you should get a ticket....

Not sure what type of deer that is but like you said it is way to big body wise to be a sika.

YOu must be on the same lease as my dad. He called me yesterday saying they had pics of a bear on 2 cams less than .5 miles from camp. His name is Terry.
