How can I improve my release?

    Get a piece of cardboard about the size of your target and put a piece of duct tape across the middle... Hang the cardboard so that the duct tape runs vertically then starting at 5 yards shoot at the tape.. note and mark your grouping... move back to 10 yards and repeat... move back to 15 yards then 20 repeating the grouping and marking as you go..

    Keep your bow canted the same and aim at the vertical center of the tape at all ranges... if your arrows move progressively to the right or left of the target tape the further back you go... it is a spine issue... if they stay the same it is you...

      I advocate the G.Fred method, do it in front of a large bail or wall as you release push your bow hand and your string hand stays virtually in place..work good for me

        This is how I work out my spine issues as well. Best done while holding the bow at your regular can't or lack thereof.
