I keep hearing that #45 is a good beginer dw. I am assuming for men? I am 14 but I have my compound set to #60 dw and I am pulling it back pretty easily. So.. would #45 still apply or should I start out lower? Thanks, Sam

Sam, it would be best to go somewhere and shoot some bows. Whatever you do, don't start with a bow that is to heavy. With the Sage you can order heavier limbs later. Form comes first, and you can't consentrate on form if you are trying to pull to much weight.

Sam I have several 45# bows that you can try one of next time we are at the same shoot.
