I have the older version of the X-Mark trigger that's not externally adjustable. It's not terrible but I'd like to lighten it up some. Has anyone ever messed with one of these? I can't find much on how to adjust the trigger on the internet. Anything regarding this trigger has to do with the newer model with the external set screw to adjust the trigger weight.

This gun buying stuff is already expensive enough as it is. I can't be throwing stuff in the trash.
I kinda want to do it just so I know how. I've never adjusted a trigger before so I'd at least like to know how. I know me, if I just try it the gun won't even shoot at all after I'm done. I'm good at tearing stuff apart. Putting it back together......not so much.Last edited by okrattler; 03-09-2023, 07:04 PM.

If you are talking about a 3 screw Remington trigger there are quite a few videos online but a $100 timney sure is easy and breaks ultra clean.
