THE ONLY can ive found that works is the OSS helix and when i say successfully i mean more than one mag without having to clean the chamber, having a failure to go into battery, or failure to eject!! I have had them all, Run a PWS Piston driven and never look back. I shoot tons of pigs and would not shoot anything else. If you have any questions send me a DM and we can talk. The PWS has a switch and you turn it to suppressed and your done, its really that simple.

The other gas stuff is not worth it, trust me! You are always messing with the gas block or some crap
I know a guy that sells them and can get good deals if you are interested.

I run a couple different form1's and Silencerco Omega on mine and they run really well. I didnt even put an adjustable gas block in the gun.

I’m running a couple SiCo Omega 30s and Hybrid 46. Never has any problems on bolt guns or 308 ar platform.

I thought it had much more to do with the rifle setup.

I was trying to run a YHM resonator on a non adjustable Palmetto state and didn’t enjoy the results. Restrictive can plus way too much gas.

No issues with a DPMS and YHM resonator. I did buy an adjustable GB.

Your issue is the rifle, not the can. You may need an adjustable gas block or a different weight buffer.

have a hard time buying that my dads daniel defense had nothing but problems either! my gun will run, but only for about 25 rounds until the excessive blowback from being suppressed makes the chamber so dirty its not reliable!
maybe this is one of those topics, that it seems that no matter what "your" set up is, it works great switched to the oss and problem solved just cant amagine DI 308 guys arent having the same problem

I’m willing to bet that the issue can be fixed with the rifles. The gas/buffer systems need tuning to run suppressed. Suppressors cause quite a bit more gas to go through the system which can sometimes require a little tuning to run right. The reason the OSS works better is because they are a reduced blowback suppressor that doesn’t let as much gas into the system. (Also why they are louder than other)

As I said earlier, I’d start with an adjustable gas block. If that doesn’t fix your issue, you might need a heavier buffer as well. Some AR10s I’ve been around do seem to be a tad finickier than an AR15, but I’ve been around a lot of them with all different brands of suppressors that all run great. Most of them also get treated like red headed step children and rarely get cleaned.

Sell the ar-10 and get with the 21st century. Kel-tec rfb. Adjustable gas block(optimized for suppressor use), forward ejecting (reduced port pop), 18.5” barrel, 27.5” oal, 8.7 pounds....don’t have one but I want one.

Ok done, sorry for the hijack, continue with generic answers.
