The other gas stuff is not worth it, trust me! You are always messing with the gas block or some crap
I know a guy that sells them and can get good deals if you are interested.

have a hard time buying that my dads daniel defense had nothing but problems either! my gun will run, but only for about 25 rounds until the excessive blowback from being suppressed makes the chamber so dirty its not reliable!
maybe this is one of those topics, that it seems that no matter what "your" set up is, it works great switched to the oss and problem solved just cant amagine DI 308 guys arent having the same problem

I’m willing to bet that the issue can be fixed with the rifles. The gas/buffer systems need tuning to run suppressed. Suppressors cause quite a bit more gas to go through the system which can sometimes require a little tuning to run right. The reason the OSS works better is because they are a reduced blowback suppressor that doesn’t let as much gas into the system. (Also why they are louder than other)
As I said earlier, I’d start with an adjustable gas block. If that doesn’t fix your issue, you might need a heavier buffer as well. Some AR10s I’ve been around do seem to be a tad finickier than an AR15, but I’ve been around a lot of them with all different brands of suppressors that all run great. Most of them also get treated like red headed step children and rarely get cleaned.

Unpopular opinion zone, entering now...
Sell the ar-10 and get with the 21st century. Kel-tec rfb. Adjustable gas block(optimized for suppressor use), forward ejecting (reduced port pop), 18.5” barrel, 27.5” oal, 8.7 pounds....don’t have one but I want one.
Ok done, sorry for the hijack, continue with generic answers.
