The dead guy was verbally and physically showing further escalation and irritation. When the homeowner came out of his home with a firearm the dead guy actually came towards him and further threatened him ON HIS PROPERTY; before attempting to take HIS PROPERTY AWAY FROM HIM ON HIS PROPERTY. Looking at the video it’s clear as glass, The man was defending his property against a very real threat.
If the dead guy truly felt his son was there and had the right to get him he should have called the police like his ex-wife was on the phone doing.
A whole lot of stupid all around. Being a divorced dad, I know things can get crazy but Man B should have left until police showed up.

There's a lot of assumption being thrown around here. None of us knows why the father was trying so hard to get his son. Maybe he was just being an *****. Or maybe his son was in danger. We don't know. Killing might have been justified, maybe not. Maybe he had time to back off and call police, maybe he didn't. Anyone here know either one of them and have the answers? Or are we all just speculating? I'm thinking not one of us can't say whether this was justified or not without having a lot more information. I'm still glad I didn't have to decide this one.
