Anyone have first hand experience with them? I almost pulled the trigger on one Friday. I really like the design with the recess over the barrel. Also, do I lose sound suppression using a .30 cal can for say a .223 or .243?

Any suppressor manufacturer will tell you that when using a smaller caliber than the can you lose a little efficiency. I shoot a 6.5 through a 30 cal can and it works well. If you put a sound meter on it, you will find that small loss in efficiency. Just listening to it, it sounds good. I like it, and I'm not going to buy a dedicated can just for 6.5. I own 2, and with those can suppress 6 different rifles so I'm around them pretty often. I can and do shoot off my back porch if I see something out there I want or needs to be gone. I seldom shoot without a suppressor anymore. This is what I'm using on the 6.5

I ran an AB Raptor Suppressor with the Reflex mount on my Seeking Havak PH2 6.5 PRC last hunting season. Extremely quiet and I must say the Reflex does help reduce even more muzzle jump. Dropped 2 pigs, 1 coyote and 3 big bodied south Texas whitetails all in their tracks. Every shot was dead on like the day I had it zeroed in.
I have no complaints.
