I’ll lose that in a heart beat. I’ll pm you my contact info. Maybe we can work something out.

If you need to borrow one while yours is down just let me know. I'm right outside Lampasas.

        AR-15 help

No need for a vice or a torque wrench. You’re good to go if you’ve got an Armorer’s wrench. You don’t have to put a ton of torque on those things. Just get it tight. I’d add a little blue locktite to the threads so it won’t loosen up. I’d help you out if you were closer.

Was pig hunting with a buddy of mine a while back and his castle nut loosened up on his rifle. We grabbed a flathead screwdriver and a hammer and tightened it back up. Don’t think it’s ever loosened up since then.

I can give you a hand. I'm in Liberty Hill if you want to make it down my way.

I bought a mag block for my AR that fits in a standard vice. Makes it easy to work and clean the 300. Pop it in and out of the weapon like any mag

              Did you solve the issue?

I finished my first build last night. I used the book by Rob Reaser.
