    Gun trust ?

Sean Cody did mine and I sure miss him. My son is now ready to set his own up, am I safe to just duplicate what Sean did on mine or does he need a new attorney?

If a new attorney is needed who is now recommended?

    Cole Bryan

    No clue on duplicating.

James Willi did mine and recently updated it. I had two other Trustee's besides myself. The new rules make all trustee's or I think ATF calls it responsible person, get photo and fingerprints. That can be a pain.

I copied a buddies originally just changing names. I had no problem at all. Got it notarized and all was good.

Sean Cody did mine as well, my question is I may need to add/remove soon and was wondering what my options would be?

I would find a new attorney and have him draw it up. To me it's part of the estate planning for my family and you want to make sure everything is correct. The money spent is worth it in the long run.

James Willi from Austin is a good NFA lawyer.

Cole Bryan or James Willi are the two I’d recommend. I’ve sat up sipping whiskey in Vegas with James after several long days, and even getting back to the room at 2am he wouldn’t go to sleep til everyone’s trusts were done for the day. That’s something that can’t be said for many.
