Still baffles my mind you have to go through all these steps for a suppressor, but no background check is performed.

As to the role/definition of a RP, I was told by my counsel that a RP was someone who could change disposition of items within the trust. I was told limited trustees could posses but since they were not considered an RP fingerprints/photos were not required.

That's exactly what Sean told me when he did my trust. It is specifically spelled out on the pages where I add them that they may not change disposition only possess.

For anyone that has used either Cole or James....once all of the initial paperwork is submitted how long does it usually take for a trust to get set up?

Both usually have the trust to you same day. Only takes as long as you take to sign it and get it notarized.
