Negative... the full ATF report, which is available to the public (link), found that thirteen of the weapons found were outfitted with bump stocks and that all but one of them had been used to discharge rounds.

Pages 96-104 list each firearm found in rooms 32-134 & 135 of the Mandalay Bay with specs and a picture of each. Pages 106 & 107 list the firearms that were discharged and the round counts for each.

      Just my opinion.
Read up on NFA because if you think you need a class 3 permit you don’t have a clue about it. SBRs. Suppressors. Machine guns. We’ve had them all. And while I don’t care to own a bump stock I think it’s a stupid law banning them. It’s not a gun. It doesn’t make it fire more than 1 round per trigger pull which is the definition of a machine gun. Of course you were upset about the Vegas shooting. Most were/are. It’s not the guns fault. Should they start cracking down on people flipping guns like crazy?

Better to have an ally sharpen your sword in camp than to find it dull in battle.

I couldn't care less if the court is cockroaches or coaches that sit on couches. All that got decided today was the Supreme Court denied the emergency application requesting a delay in the implementation and enforcement of the ATF Final Rule. The lower court stay is still in place, and all members of FPF/FPC are still protected.

Suggesting that the Supreme Court "refused to hear the case today" is patently false.
