Bump Stocks are not needed imo. Do it the so called legal way now and get a Class 3 permit.

It's not about the fact that bump stocks aren't necessary. I hate bump stocks. They are pointless and a waste of money. They should never have been invented.

Regardless, this ban is unconstitutional. They can not do what they are doing and it leads to opening a can of worms. Just because something isn't needed doesn't mean the government gets to say they are banning it.

The main issue that I have with the ban is that it WAS NOT LEGISLATED. There were no bills that went through the house and senate. It’s a complete government overreach.

Also, I don’t need the government telling me what I do and don’t need. But, if something is deemed illegal, it should go through the proper channels.
