My understanding per my trust lawyer is limited trustees do not have to provide prints/photos because they cannot change disposition of items within the trust.

They can posses but not add or sell items from the trust.

Per Mr. Cody, this is correct. Add and delete the limited trustees at will with a single form.

The wording will depend if they can buy or sell off the trust, but the ATF requirements are same regardless. Anyone on the trust at the time of submitting will have to include pics and prints. Regardless of their status.

Now this is the same as all legal advice. Don’t trust some idiot off the internet. Refer to a knowledgeable lawyer to verify such as Sean or Jim Willi.

I have been specifically told by Sean that drafted my trust that limited trustees do not have to submit photos and prints.
