If a face to face transaction all the buyer does is fill out the form 4 transfer and pay the stamp. After the F4 is approved you meet the buyer and hand it over. If it has to go through a dealer then the form 3 is involved first.

Technically yes. The can might not survive though due to the pressure.

If it is a 30 cal rifle can, most are rates to 300wm. I.e. can you shoot 300blk supers through it or only subs9n8c 300blk?

If it is a pistol can , the answer is no.

I have a crux Suppressor and I shoot more without it than I do with it. I wear ear protection even when the suppressor is on because it’s still very loud. All in all I was very disappointed in the purchase of my suppressor.

I feel your pain. I have their Nemisis model and it sucks! I'm very disappointed with it.

If the buyers are in the same state, only one Form 4 is involved. If the buyers are in different states, one dealer and two Form 4s are involved, doubling the wait and the cost.
