I really like my CZ Redhead Deluxe. I picked it up for $750 out the door new. I think they call it the Redhead Premium now or something like that.

Just bought a Yildiz over the weekend. Can't wait to break it in

The new Stevens o/u would be my pick, if I knew the weight was right, just never handled one. Looks very nice.
Other than that, would stay away from the Ruger Red Label because it is way too heavy. My other votes would be the Weatherby Orion, Browning Citori or the Yildiz on the low side.
