My 270 kicks like a horse...my .308 doesn't. ..270 is alot lighter than the .308 my 16 year old son won't shoot the 270 at all but does not mind the .308...but he's a little guy..

i have never found a 308. that kicks.....

i would comortably shoot anything in north america with it, and it is a fantastic long range round

25/06 or 7-08 get my picks. 7-08 has amazing ballistics for its size. Throw a good brake on it and you will think you are shooting a 243.
