Federal HST consistently performs at the top of FBI tests. Gold Dot is good as well.

HST and Gold Dot.... coincidently made by the same company.

In ballistic tests by Federal penetrating various barriers (vehicle windshields, heavy clothing, wall board, etc.), the 147gr almost always outperforms the 124 both in standard and +P. Within ranges for defense (I usually shoot at 15 yards or less but out to 50) I can’t tell any difference in accuracy or “point of aim”.

Thanks for the help, I have it narrowed down to 3 different ones to try out. I bought some Winchester PDX1 to try then I will find some HST and gold dots.

Federal Premium 9mm Luger 124 grain HST. I used it in my duty weapon and have it in all 3 of my 9mm's now. Look at the test results on YouTube.
