My nephew has one in 243 that shoots about 2" at 100yrds. Its fine for deer and pigs inside 150 yrds.

Rossis are decent, light-weight guns that serve their purpose just fine. My first deer rifle was a Rossi 223. Mine shoots ~1.5" groups at 100. I like the gun, but it wasn't more than a couple of seasons before I bought a model 700 in 270.

They are a cheap gun that seems to be reliable and a little iffy on accuracy but probably good enough to get the job done most of the time.
