I'm trying to decide between 2 rifles whats the green screen's opinoin

I want a .308 for a present Cabelas has Remington ADL varmit .308 with heay 26" barrel for $399.
Or the Ruger American for sale for $349 and suggestions with which is the best gun for the money.

I'd go for the Ruger. Personally, I haven't been really impressed with Remington's quality control of late. Ruger has legendary customer service.

Remington, better aftermarket trigger. Ruger quality isn't same as it used to be either.

Ive got the Ruger in .308 and its a shooter. For an economical rifle its hard to beat.

Go with the Ruger, as previously stated, Remington's quality and accuracy is not what is used to be.
